Other than being inspired by real race cars, the Asetek Forte underwent in-depth tests held by real racers and professional sim racers, whose feedback helped in perfecting its design and manufacturing. If you are on the hunt for the best brake pedal feeling without having to resort to a hydraulic system, look no further! The M.L.C.P.C. system of the Forte pedals can be adjusted from soft to stiff and maintain those regulations.

If you’re looking for the same feeling you would experience on the brake pedal of a real race car, without having to resort to a hydraulic system, look no further! The M.L.C.P.C. system of the Forte pedals can be adjusted in stiffness to satisfy all your needs. The adjustments of the brake will hold over time, contrary to many other sim racing pedals on the market, where the stiffness and the feeling will degrade with time and usage.

It is not a coincidence that a driver wants a stiff brake pedal which, if fully pressed, gives the sensation of pushing against a wall. Furthermore Forte, even if it’s not an hydraulic pedal set, can offer that same “hydraulic feeling” of a fully engaged brake pedal, where it’s stil possible to modulate the pressure, thanks to a two-stage system, inspired by the Invicta pedals. In real life you have the sensation that the brake pedal can sustain further pressure when pressed at 100%, just like when the fluid is compressed in a hydraulic system.

Why is it important? When you apply pressure to the brakes as late as possible, you want to take full advantage of your muscle memory, in order to trail brake into the corner. By using muscle memory your brain is programmed to be able to brake at the same spot lap after lap. On the contrary, you can’t do this with a soft pedal, where you are limited to only rely on the position of the foot/pedal itself, which doesn’t allow your brain to replicate the braking with the same accuracy, therefore losing important tenths of a second on your lap times.

Just imagine driving on a track with 10 corners. Gaining one tenth of a second under braking means that you can potentially gain one second per lap… The design of the Forte was thought with the experience of the end-user in mind, where every adjustable element is colored in orange, in order to guarantee an intuitive use, and quick tool-less adjustments. The Forte pedals are fully adjustable in order to help awaken the driver in you. This can be achieved by customizing the settings of pedal travel and stiffness, according to your personal preference.
